CDOT and IDOT are preparing for a streetscape project on Lincoln Avenue from Catalpa to Lawerence. We know they aren’t doing enough in the project designs to protect vulnerable road users. And after we saw the destruction a motorist caused to the Ainslie Arts Plaza, CDOT and IDOT should have gotten the idea. But they haven’t so we’re coming out to demand better.
